The claim may be submitted via the General Request Form of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, or through other options provided in Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and handled by the Subdirectorate General for Service Inspection of the Ministry.
