Social Well-being
We care about the health of our workers as well as social well-being, since we never want to disrupt the way of life of the local communities.
- We establish safety perimeters strictly complying with the distances set by various regulations in relation to population centers, environmentally valuable areas, and cultural and historical heritage sites.
- To ensure greater safety, we conduct silica dust monitoring every four months and under varying climatic conditions. The results are always well below the maximum limits allowed by current legislation.
